Commissioning of the second pellet production line at Murashi Plywood Plant

Murashi Plywood Plant is launching the second phase of a birch pellet production line with a capacity of up to 11 tonnes per hour.

There is quite a lot of waste from plywood production that needs to be disposed of. It was decided to build a pellet production facility for recycling. Murashi signed a contract for the supply of the main equipment with French manufacturers, and LesInTech acted as an engineering company capable of not only completing the presses and dryers, but also carrying out competent engineering of all processes required by the technology, including the automation of the entire production with remote access.

The necessary auxiliary equipment for the pelleting plant was manufactured and delivered by our production facility: walking floor, conveyors, hoppers, etc. We are now commissioning the equipment and completing the debugging phase of the production line.
