Construction of a pelletised and baled lucerne plant of capacity 22 tonnes/hour for EkoKorm, a feed manufacturer in Voronezh Oblast.
The main distinguishing feature of the project is the delivery of our specialised equipment that is unique in its kind: drum dryer and belt cooler for lucerne, 24 m long.
Construction of a wood pellet production facility with a capacity of 10 tonnes/hour, which was the only project of its kind in Russia created by a local company. A full cycle of activities was carried out: from engineering, manufacturing and delivery of the necessary equipment, to installation and commissioning.
Customer: Sibles, a subdivision of MALTATWOOD, the largest roundwood processing enterprise in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russian Federation.
A wood sawing and sorting plant of capacity 120,000 m3/year of round wood and a pelleting plant for wood waste and low-quality wood of capacity 40,000 tonnes/year were implemented for Forest.
The planning and process solutions at the project’s design stage allowed locating an efficient wood processing plant with minimal internal logistics costs in a comparatively small area (2 hectares).
