The conveyor feeding hopper is designed for the intake, storage and uniform feeding of components on the line. This process may be required when loading tank contents:

  • Into a chipper;
  • Into a vibrating screen;
  • Into a drum dryer.

The base of the structure is solid, made of a welded frame. It holds all the components, from the hopper itself to elements for the operation such as conveyor, conveyor belt, and drive. The feedstock may be any bulk raw material, particularly wood pellets.

Loading is carried out sequentially. The thickness of the loaded material is adjusted using a slide valve. The pellet hopper is rotated using a gear unit. The capacity depends on the raw material feeding rate at which the conveyor belt operates.

The feeding hopper has a prefabricated structure made of standard elements: body, agitator and dosing screw. The equipment is available in different versions, but all models have similar technical advantages:

  1. Equipped with level control windows and an agitator to prevent material from getting hung up.
  2. Adjustment of the machine's working speed.
  3. High precision performance.
  4. Great reliability, robustness and wear-resistance of components and machinery.
  5. No special training required for operation.

The hopper is installed both indoors and outdoors, with the option of mounting in hard-to-reach locations. Loading may be carried out with any conveyor system. All fuel hoppers and similar models comply with established norms and quality standards.
