The scraper conveyor for feeding pellets, like any scraper chain conveyor from LesInTech, is used to move bulk materials and is equipped with separate sections:

  • drive station;
  • tensioning station;
  • straight sections (1.5 m or 2 m);
  • bending parts of scraper conveyors (15°, 30°, 45°);
  • fragment of cargo placement at 1.5 m / 2 m;
  • continuous unloading section (1.5 m / 2 m);
  • unloading sectors with a flap (2 m).

All conveyor modules are universal and interchangeable. The material can be loaded and unloaded at any point, simply by rearranging the blocks, changing the final point of movement. For controlled unloading of the material, the straight sections of the conveyor can be equipped with a valve (electromechanical or pneumatic).

The equipment is available in two versions: lower or upper driving branch. Accordingly, the continuous conveying action takes place thanks to the lower or upper dominant loop.

The tension station contains spring parts. The pulling force is controlled manually. The chain conveyor is equipped with chain break and overload sensors. Guides made of high molecular structure polymers are used to:

  • Convey loads at speeds of max. 120 cm/sec;
  • Run quieter;
  • Reduce wear and tear on chain and other key components.
Modular design allows easy replacement of damaged parts and assemblies, and simplifies transportation, reducing logistics costs.
