Скребковый конвейер для подачи пеллет, как и любой конвейер скребковый цепной от «ЛесИнТех», служат для перемещения сыпучих веществ и комплектуются в виде отдельных секций:
- станцией привода;
- станцией натягивания;
- прямыми участками (1,5 м или 2 м);
- изгибаемыми деталями скребковых транспортеров (15°, 30°, 45°);
- фрагментом закладки груза на 1,5 м / 2 м;
- секция сплошной выгрузки (1,5 м / 2 м);
- секторами разгрузки с заслонкой (2 м).
Все модули конвейера универсальны и взаимозаменяемы. Погрузить и выгрузить материал можно в любом месте, простой перестановкой блоков меняя точку конечного перемещения. Для контролируемой разгрузки материала прямые секции конвейера могут быть оснащены заслонкой (электромеханической или пневматической).
The equipment is available in two versions: lower or upper driving branch. Accordingly, the continuous conveying action takes place thanks to the lower or upper dominant loop.
The tension station contains spring parts. The pulling force is controlled manually. The chain conveyor is equipped with chain break and overload sensors. Guides made of high molecular structure polymers are used to:
- Convey loads at speeds of max. 120 cm/sec;
- Run quieter;
- Reduce wear and tear on chain and other key components.
