- рабочих станций (приводной и натяжной);
- секций прямого вида;
- изогнутых элементов (ровно 45 градусов);
- загрузочного узла с большой величиной секции (1,5-2 м);
- сектора сплошной выгрузки (его параметры идентичны узлу загрузки).
The belt conveyor for bulk materials (wood pellets, sawdust, wood chips, etc.) is supplied in a modular construction. Repair work is therefore much simpler. The modular construction can also be useful for transporting the machinery. The scraper design prevents belt and drum clogging (if necessary, scraper position can be changed). A system can be installed to remove substandard material at the loading points.
The drum is friction-coated. The tension station is designed to change the tension degree even during operation. A sensor is mounted on the trough belt conveyor to monitor the belt torsion. The belt itself is equipped with a corrugated edge and has a cellular structure. In the production of conveyor belts for bulk goods, belts can be supplied as continuous rings or uncoupled with the addition of connecting fasteners. Quick-release covers can also be used.
The width is 34, 52 centimetres and even more if necessary. Lines are max. 60 m long. The belt conveyor is automated on customer request. The main components and sections are made of:
- Galvanised steel;
- Painted structural steel;
- Stainless steel alloys.
